I’m Jawad. I run Shinobi Labs — a one-person web development studio based in Casablanca, Morocco, registered as an LLC in Wyoming, USA.

I build and maintain websites and web infrastructure for small and mid-sized businesses, mostly in the US. My primary stack is WordPress and WooCommerce, but the focus has always been on the outcome — sites that perform, emails that land, systems that don’t break.

The “solo studio” model is intentional. When you hire Shinobi Labs, you’re not getting a team that routes you through layers of project management. You get me — the same person who scopes the work, writes the code, handles the deployment, and picks up the phone when something goes wrong.

Clarity over cleverness

Every proposal, every invoice, every line of documentation is written so you understand it. No jargon for the sake of jargon. If I can’t explain it simply, I don’t understand it well enough.

Scope is sacred

What’s agreed is what gets built. No feature creep, no surprise invoices, no ‘while we’re at it’ additions without a conversation first. Boundaries protect both of us.

Ship, don’t polish forever

A working site that’s live beats a perfect site that’s in staging. I optimize for getting real results in front of real users, then iterate based on actual data.

How we got here

2016

Started building WordPress sites as a freelancer. Early client work in theme customization and basic WooCommerce setups.

2019

Shifted focus to technical development — custom plugins, REST APIs, and system integrations. Stopped doing design-only work.

2021

Registered Shinobi Labs LLC in Wyoming. Formalized the business for US and international clients. Built out maintenance retainer contracts.

2023

Deepened into automation — data export pipelines, ERP integrations, and AI-assisted development tooling. Current stack and workflow solidified.

Now

Operating from Casablanca, serving clients across the US and internationally. Focused on stability, infrastructure, and long-term partnerships.
